A Calling. These are the moments in life when we know - it's time to make our vision a reality. For Bahar Krahn, the founder of NOELIE, there was also such a moment and she answered the call.
With her expertise as a master hairdresser, expert in plant hair color, state-certified beautician and master cosmetician, make-up artist, pharmaceutical-technical assistant and founder of the Be Organic Institute, Bahar launched the "NOELIE" brand.
Thanks to her years of extensive documentation, Bahar knows which molecule size, concentration and formulation leads to which result. With a lot of research and expertise, Bahar has been able to determine the best possible formulations for our unique product range over the past 10 years and after approximately 16,000 customer treatments at the Be Organic Institute - this was the birth of NOELIE.

QUEEN OF GREEN
During her PTA training, Bahar learned that residues of toxins were often found in biopsies, especially in the breast, uterus and bladder. Synthetic color pigments that enter the body during hair dyeing or tattooing were particularly noticeable. Shocked by this realization, Bahar wanted to warn everyone she knew and find a protective alternative - this was the origin of NOELIE plant-based hair dyes.
In 2012, Bahar founded the Be Organic Institute in Wiesbaden. The beauty institute is a place for keeping skin and hair healthy, a natural hairdresser and a specialist in plant-based hair dyes. With the Be Organic Institute, Bahar already won the Wiesbaden Founder's Prize in 2014 and the Hessian Founder's Prize in 2015. Today, following another Red Spa Award in 2020, the institute is one of the top 3 European spas in the green concept category, a place of beauty, relaxation and holistic well-being.
Parallel to founding the Be Organic Institute, Bahar completed her hairdressing and beauty master's degree and trained as a professional hair and make-up artist. As an expert in plant-based hair dyes, Bahar developed NOELIE plant-based hair dyes and began studying pharmacy at the same time.
